Great for stretching out my back! |

I have a bad back and I originally bought this to work out my abs (since I'm not advised to do situps etc). It has not only been great for leg-lifts but has also helped stretch out my back on bad days! I love it. |

The only trouble I have is keeping myself from swinging once I start to do the leg ups. With practice you'll get to where you can do it. |

Great product, Great price. |
These are the "official" straps that can be ordered for the perfect pullup if you order it from the infomercial. The straps work great but could use a little more padding. The straps could leave a mark under your arm when you use them but using a towel to supplement the strap should help.
