Good for hand eye |

Good practice for folks that need some hand-eye coordination exercises. Even good for some casual vollying for beginners. Personally, I found the rubberband to be VERY weak. It broke a few times after light usage, maybe a half hour or so. |

Excellent training tool for young tennis players |
This is an excellent training tool for young and new tennis players. It helps kids gain control of the ball. Also, if your child wants to practice by themself, they have the ability to do this with this training aid. We have broken the string many times but end up just tying it again... We love it!

Great workout! Fun and... |
People always ask me where i got this from... it works very well, although i need to replace the ball after about 2 weeks... buy the replacement balls too! this thing really does help develop control and timing. If you hit hard, the knots will come undone from time to time... i lose a ball every time... but i hit pretty hard.
